Handmade Embroidered Boho Crossbody Pouch Bag – Beechikki

Thank you for choosing our products! We are excited to serve customers worldwide. Please take a moment to review our international shipping policy, which outlines important information regarding shipping times, tracking, and delivery expectations.

Shipping Origin:

All our products are shipped from our distribution centres located overseas.

Shipping Times:

International shipping times vary based on various factors, including customs processing, destination country, and the chosen shipping method. On average, customers can expect their orders to arrive within 7 to 15 working days after the order has been processed. However, it’s important to note that shipping may take longer in some cases, and your order may take between 15 to 21 days to reach its destination.

We understand that waiting for your order can be an anxious process, but please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible. While most orders arrive within the standard 7 to 15-working-day timeframe, some products may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, international holidays, or other logistical challenges.

Shipping Tracking:

The majority of our products are equipped with Tracking IDs, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your unique Tracking ID. Please allow a short period for the tracking information to become available, as it can sometimes take a few days to update the system.

We encourage customers to regularly check their tracking information for real-time updates on their orders’ location and delivery status. If you have any concerns or questions about the progress of your order, please feel free to contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

Patience is Appreciated:

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the standard 7 to 15-working-day timeframe, please understand that international shipping is a complex process, and delays can occur. We kindly request your patience and understanding in such situations. We assure you that we are committed to delivering a high-quality product to your doorstep.

When placing your order, we recommend considering these potential shipping times. If you have a specific deadline or event for which you need your products, please consider ordering well in advance to avoid any disappointments.

At the heart of our service is your satisfaction, and we are dedicated to making your international shopping experience positive. If you have any questions or concerns about our international shipping policy or your specific order, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly customer support team. We are here to assist you in any way we can.

Thank you for choosing our products; we look forward to serving you!
