Ozil’s passport cover is cut from genuine sheepskin leather with a pull-up grain finish, the kind that lightens slightly at the folds and creases as you carry it, so it picks up character instead of wearing down. Made in Pakistan, it arrives as finished stock at our base in Belfast, checked before it’s packed.

The layout is simple rather than crowded: one full-height sleeve for your passport, two card slots, and a note pocket, built around a central spine so the cover opens flat instead of fighting to close. A cotton lining sits behind the leather on every panel, so your passport slides in and out without catching, and the inside stays smooth rather than scuffing its laminated pages over time.

Cream stitching runs the full perimeter in one continuous line, and the Ozil name is debossed into the lower corner of the front cover, small enough to read as a maker’s mark rather than a logo doing the talking. Corners are rounded on every edge, usually the first place a leather cover frays when it lives in a coat pocket or the front slip of a bag.

Closed, it measures 14.5 x 10.5 cm, small enough for a jacket pocket, a handbag, or the front pocket of a carry-on. Open, it reaches 21.75 cm across, wide enough to lie flat on a check-in desk while you find a boarding pass.

This is real leather rather than a coated synthetic, so it asks for a little care in return.
