Eligibility for Return:

• Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items should be in their original, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition.
• Manufacturers’ tags must remain attached to the products.
• Include a copy of the original invoice/delivery note with the returned goods.
• Properly and securely package the items for return.

Note: Branded packaging, such as footwear or gift sets, should be returned in outer packaging to prevent damage. Inadequately packaged items may incur a fee deducted from the refund for any incurred damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

We are unable to accept returns for hygiene-sensitive items, including face coverings, pierced jewellery, cosmetics, perfume, underwear, and swimwear that have been tried on or have a removed hygiene seal.

Refusal of Un-saleable Items:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned in an unsaleable condition. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Procedure:

• For secure returns, use a recorded delivery service and retain the return postage receipt until you receive email confirmation of processed returns.
• Please return all items from the same order in one parcel. Maximum parcel size: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.
• Returns typically take between 5 and 10 working days to be delivered back to us.
• If you opt for a different courier for the return, return postage costs become the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing Time:

• We aim to process refunds or exchanges within 7 working days of receiving the return. A confirmation email will be sent upon processing.
• Allow an additional 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account, as dictated by your bank or card issuer.
• Refund credit will be issued to the original payment method. Note: Postage paid at checkout will not be refunded for returned orders unless the item is found to have a manufacturing fault.

International Returns (non-mainland UK):

• International returns are not eligible for free returns at present.
• Return postage and costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the goods have a manufacturing defect.
• For protection, use a recorded delivery service, and retain the receipt until receiving email confirmation of processed returns.
